• Respond to coach feedback and check-ins within a reasonable timeframe.

• Delays in reporting data may impact the effectiveness of your roadmap.

• Maintain professional 1:1 communication throughout the engagement.

5. Payment terms

• Subscription terms are defined in your chosen plan.

• Payments are processed automatically on a recurring basis.

5.2. Refunds

• Refunds are not typically offered for coaching services already rendered.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

6. Timelines & delays

• Coaching responses are based on the priority level of your chosen plan.

• Technical feedback is typically delivered within one business day.

7. Limitation of liability

Fitflix is not liable for:

• Any physical injuries sustained while following our blueprints.

• Technical issues caused by third-party platforms or wearable devices.

• Outcomes beyond our control once a roadmap is provided. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Access to the coaching dashboard and your personal trainer will cease.

• Confidentiality clauses remain in effect.

9. Confidentiality

We respect and protect the confidentiality of your health and fitness journey. Likewise, we request clients not disclose Fitflix’s internal coaching techniques or proprietary tools without consent.

10. Changes to terms
